Shall we continue with part 2 of Colombia?! Now for those looking for really cool places in the Quindio region / Aremina to visit, these stops that we made in our visit to Colombia are musts!
Buenavista - Recuca
Cutest little restaurant/ coffee shop in Buenavista. At the location, they offer a three hour coffee tour in their farm with absolutely beautiful scenery but we had to turn it down for obvious reasons (kids) but we enjoyed our time there and the kids tried, for the first time, Obleas with arequipe.
Filandia - Helena Adentro
Filandia like Salento (not pictured) where my two favourite towns we visited. In Filandia, I had the pleasure of eating at Helena Adentro a beautiful picturesque restaurant filled with Colombian flavorful dishes. Every single corner about this restaurant had me wanting to stay in Filandia.
Mariposario
For the kids, we prepared a day at the Mariposario in Armenia. We learned about the many types of butterflies and that Colombia is the number one country with the most bird species in the world.
