Travel travel travel, an intention that was highlighted and written in bold -styled on my 29th birthday Intention writing list. Pretty surprising this one came up as fast, as wished for. This past weekend, I got the opportunity to visit New Orleans for a friend's birthday party and not just one, but all seven of us girls managed to take the weekend off to celebrate her new year around the sun. Between all the walking, the sightseeing of beautiful Southern architecture and Victorian styled buildings, plus the logistics to transport seven of us to the same place, I managed to visit a beautifully designed restaurant suggested my one of my faves Dabito and stumbled upon, hands down, the winner for restaurant visits. Go ahead and take a sneak peek at these beauties and if you're ever in the NOLA area, don't forget to pass by!

So I stumbled across this gem by being cheap. Funny story, but oh so so true... and here it goes!!! Completely reluctant with getting an Uber, I decided to walk a straight line where the map indicated "Home" as much as the NOLA heat allowed me to do so. I had twenty minutes of pure sight-seeing and a ninety-five fahrenheit weather on my back. It was Sunday afternoon and a few hours spare in between to finish my weekend before heading to the airport. All of the sudden I see this BEAUTY of an entrance, filled with plants on the outside and my radar quickly went off aaand the rest is history!!! ahahaha no but seriously guys look down, it's better to be seen than explain!

This one was a recommendation by no other than DABITO and I must say: Thank you dear, you have saved me from six hungry almost thirty-year olds, who I made walk almost two miles to get to this place because, per the usual, I wanted to dine at a nice looking restaurant. A prefect brunch consisting of breakfast Taco Plate with alcohol included, after all it was a birthday weekend!
