it's always good to say: “it’s good to be back home,” even if it’s just for the weekend! The Dominican Republic holds lots and lots of dear memories from a younger self and re-living them with Fede from time to time is never a bad idea. Ever since I can recall even while still living there during my teenage years, I’ve always fancied, out of all the neighborhoods, one in particular la Zona Colonial. Its ever lasting picturesque streets, filled with so much history leaves little room for wanting to see anything else in the city (in my opinion). So that's basically what our quick summer vacay was all about. The walking, the sightseeing, and the endless summer heat (harsh one). Here I leave you my favorite recurring streets, with its beautiful architecture, all time local home good shops, and also emerging ones!
