Weather is getting cooler, nights have now stretched out to be longer, and with friends living now closer, ya'll know what this means right? endless nights of outdoor gatherings, filled with nothing but laughter, take-out meals and empty wine bottles (ohhh yes!). Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I couldn't be happier to get my hands on back-to-back hosting mode! I'M A SUCKER for
hosting (not cooking, really guys ...NOT COOKING!😂). Sooo with all of this being said, I decided to start warming up early with all these holidays coming up AND surprised my fellow new neighbor Vero- aka the hat lady (to my right ) with a welcoming outdoor dinner at her new place! Take-out included.

Coming up with the idea of a simple Mediterranean vegan night, was something that came to mind when choosing the table decor theme for that evening. With so many tableware options at ALISS downtown Miami to choose from, I went with a smooth color scheme that helped blend in with the greenery and whites from our surroundings. Being that the space was limited for food and tableware, I decided to add one big piece in the center as the focal point (pomegranates/ blue vase) instead of many and created balance throughout the table with the leaves and candles. Let me not forget guys!!! the final touches of gold on the silverware, napkins, and plate rims creating the most subtle of contrats with the different hues on the table.
