I bet there has got to be a business near you, where you drive by frequently, and are always saying "Yeah... I have to go there!" If you ever get that thought or feeling, DO SO! cause this is exactly what happened to me and this precious little corner, and I could not be any happier it exists! I must say... the MIMO area keeps on surprising me- ten thumbs up!
