Hellooooo everyone!!! Any Floridians getting ready for Matthew? is your husband, wife, mom, dad driving you crazy with all of these questions: " Have you purchased ___ already?" "Do we have enough of ___?" "Did you put gas in the car?" and having it all done within an hour, but wanting to say: "NO, NO and NO!!!" "I'm just patiently waiting for it to arrive, while I stand outside the house, arms wiiiiiide open with my uncharged flashlight!" due to the overflowing calls throughout the day. Well... let me tell you that you're not alone :) Ivan has been on a roll today with the calling. I guess he's just nervous, because I"ve never been in anything remotely close to a tropical storm, let alone a Hurricane.
So before I leave, to start putting the plants we have in our backyard inside the house, I wanted to share a couple of snaps we took this past Sunday at Pinto's farm, over in Homestead. So far, this is (in my opinion) one of the best spots in town to take your kid and enjoy a super fun afternoon filled with water rides, tractor race, and horse back riding. We had a blast with this early Halloween celebration over at Pinto's and cannot wiat to see what's in store for Christmas celebration!
